Alex brings a calm, capable presence to everything she does. She is highly organised, smart and resilient, with a genuine commitment to both people and results.

As Group General Manager, her role spans finance, human resources, operations and overall strategy. She ensures the business runs smoothly, the team is supported and clients receive service that is personal, consistent and professional. Alex is a part of the Leadership Team, and she balances strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, guiding both day-to-day operations and long-term plans with equal care.

Alex studied Financial Management at university and has worked in the accounting field for many years before joining Beresfords in 2018. Since then, she has developed deep expertise in the SMSF sector and is a certified SMSF Specialist and Practitioner by the SMSF Association, with an RG146 certification.

Alex’s leadership style is practical and people-focused, creating a workplace where the team can do their best work and clients can feel confident in their financial future.
